Before starting, let’s remember some of the benefits of this recipe:

Almond:

  • Rich in magnesium.
  • Rich in protein.
  • Prevent cardiovascular disease.

Oats:

  • Rich in fiber.
  • Rich in protein.
  • Prevent cardiovascular disease.

Honey: 

  • Anti bacterial.
  • Slow down the ageing of cells.
  • Anti inflammatory.

Suitable: Gluten-free, vegan, soy-free

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Coconut powder
  • 1 cup Almond powder
  • 1 cup Hazelnut powder
  • 1 cup Jumbo Oat
  • 2 Tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla
  • Honey to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix the powders and the oat.
  2. Add the Almond butter and the Vanilla.
  3. Honey will make the preparation more sticky and sweet.
  4. Mix it all.
  5. Make little balls. 
  6. Place them in the freeze for 2 hours.
  7. Your Energy Bites are ready, you can reserve them in the fridge.
  8. I love eating them with a cup of tea 😍
