Before starting, let’s remember some of the benefits of this recipe:
Almond:

Oats:

Honey:
- Anti bacterial.
- Slow down the ageing of cells.
- Anti inflammatory.

Suitable: Gluten-free, vegan, soy-free
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Coconut powder
- 1 cup Almond powder
- 1 cup Hazelnut powder
- 1 cup Jumbo Oat
- 2 Tbsp Almond butter
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla
- Honey to taste
Directions:
- Mix the powders and the oat.
- Add the Almond butter and the Vanilla.
- Honey will make the preparation more sticky and sweet.
- Mix it all.
- Make little balls.
- Place them in the freeze for 2 hours.
- Your Energy Bites are ready, you can reserve them in the fridge.
- I love eating them with a cup of tea 😍
