Certainly one of the best Vegan Milk ever!
Let’s remember some of the benefits of this recipe:
Hemp:( Ask your doctor for a suitable quantity if you want to take it as a medicine every day.)

Suitable: Gluten-free, vegan, soy-free
Ingredients :
In a measuring cup:
- 100g Hemp organic
- 5-6 Dates
- ½ tsp Vanila extract (to taste)
- Water
Directions:
- Let the dates soak all night in a cool water.
- The next day, pour Hemp in a measuring cup.
- Pour the dates with their water.
- Add a bit of Vanila extract.
- Add water to reach 400 mL of water in total in the measuring cup ( you can add more depending if you want a thick milk).
- Mix it all and pour all in your blender for around 6 min. I personally use this blender LINK.
Your Hemp milk is ready =)
