Make Hemp Milk

Certainly one of the best Vegan Milk ever!

Let’s remember some of the benefits of this recipe:

Hemp:( Ask your doctor for a suitable quantity if you want to take it as a medicine every day.)

Suitable: Gluten-free, vegan, soy-free

Ingredients :

In a measuring cup:

  • 100g Hemp organic
  • 5-6 Dates
  • ½ tsp Vanila extract (to taste)
  • Water


  1. Let the dates soak all night in a cool water.
  2. The next day, pour Hemp in a measuring cup.
  3. Pour the dates with their water.
  4. Add a bit of Vanila extract.
  5. Add water to reach 400 mL of water in total in the measuring cup ( you can add more depending if you want a thick milk).
  6. Mix it all and pour all in your blender for around 6 min. I personally use this blender LINK.

Your Hemp milk is ready =)
